Touring is an integral part of the Houston Boychoir experience.  While on tour boys experience different cultures and try new things—both at home and abroad. Touring gives the boys a chance to bond, strengthen friendships, foster understanding and encourages unity. It builds trust between the individual choir members and their leaders.

Traveling opens their eyes to a world beyond their everyday. It gives them an opportunity to think for themselves. They are required to be responsible for themselves and their choir mates. They grow in self-confidence and independence. They become citizens of the world.
